職位描述：

• 負(fù)責(zé)指定垂直行業(yè)的銷售目標(biāo)和配額

Renewals Specialist/Manager

Key Responsibilities：

• Achieve renewal quota and renewal ives such as on-time renewals and escalated contract renewals.

• Identify expansion opportunities and escalate the opportunities to the appropriate team to manage

• Responsible for renewals process from first contact to close for the assigned customers

• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce.com regarding customer renewal information, renewal status and renewal reports.

• Provide process or quotation related support to Sales Account Managers and Customer Success Managers

Essential Capabilities and Behaviors：

• Proficient knowledge and the application of renewal process, policies and pricing

• Experienced in customer facing administrative role, for example Sales Administrator, Customer support administrator or Marketing coordinator. Early career sales professional looking to gain solid experience of a volume business model.

• Experience using Salesforce.com preferred

Essential：

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Power Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent

• Manufacturing Execution System experience (Operation, Performance, Quality) - MES

• HMI or SCADA technical knowledge focused on troubleshooting issues

• Experience in software, data for troubleshooting, diagnosis and problem solving
